Christmas Poems

 If Santa came from L.A.

He'd be dressed in shirts and shorts

Keeping to the sunny climes

Playing water sports.

And if he came from New York City

He'd be dressed in all his garb

Wishing that he'd lost some weight

By eating far less carbs

But we all know he's from the North Pole

Satisfied with his size

Still fitting down the chimney tops

And from which he'd rise.

If Santa was a rocker

He'd play with ZZ Top

With a beard down to his waistline

Where it finally makes a stop

~~~###~~~
Christmas comes but once a year
But the spirit lasts all year long
With Seasons Greetings and Best Wishes
We hear about in song
~~~###~~~

If only all the year was Christmas

We'd finally have peace on Earth

Everyday full of smiling people

Happiness and abundant mirth

~~~###~~~
Every year it's rumoured
That Santa will come around
Bringing toys to all who are good
Fun and joy will abound
