Christmas is not here this I know

But it's time for us to start planning

Time to start buying toys and gifts

Before the kids get too demanding


Time to take advantage of

The midyear lull in sales

Spread your costs across six months

A budget that will never fail


So when Christmas is finally here

And all your friends credit cards are maxed

You'll be sitting around your swimming pool

Feeling very relaxed

May the spirit of Christmas

Last now and forever

Filling us with peace and goodwill

And leaving us never

May the true meaning of Christmas

Settle within your soul

Celebrating Jesus' birth

And all the virtues he extolled

At Christmas as angels rejoice

Fill your heart with good cheer

Because with the birth of Jesus

It took away all our fear

  Santa's Mishap Santa Claus on Christmas Eve, With reindeer ready, he did believe. But alas, poor Santa had a bit to drink, His sleigh swerving, he couldn't think. Santa's nose, so brighter than Rudolph's, From what he’d drunk, certainly not the cold. "Santa," the elves warned, "you've had too much cheer, Let Mrs. Claus drive, it's crystal clear!" Jetting around on Christmas Eve no good to blow .05 Surely, Mrs Claus should drive Because if he gets caught by the RBT Then he’ll lose his licence indefinitely  But Santa laughed, "I'm fine, my dear, Just spreading joy, no need for fear."
