Love brought us together

As husband and wife

And gave each of us

A best friend for life

And how more have we to go

The time together's too short

And the time apart too slow

But the Lord in his infinite wisdom

Knows the time we need .

To spend together in this life

It's already been decreed

Yet face the future together

On this our anniversary day

Always together loving each other.

In each other's arms we'll stay.
